Our Team

At Little Forest Montessori, our team is caring, dedicated, and Montessori-inspired, with expertise in early childhood education and psychopedagogy, and fluent in both English and Spanish. We believe that nurturing young children through their earliest years is the best way to help them grow into emotionally aware individuals equipped to navigate their future with confidence and empathy.

Little Forest Montessori was founded on a vision: to raise thoughtful communicators who are emotionally aware and socially intelligent. Jocelyn

Jocelyn holds a Master's in Social and Educational Interventions (University of Barcelona, 2022) and a degree in Special Education (Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón, Lima, 2014). Her background in special education gives her a keen eye for each child's individual needs, and she brings that same attentiveness into every classroom. Energetic and always smiling, she moves quickly around the space, staying alert to every child's needs and stepping in exactly when it counts. She's wonderful with children — warm, fun, and just as great to work alongside as a colleague, bringing that same energy to the whole team. She's a coordinator for a reason: her leadership shows in how naturally the team follows her lead.

Elena

Elena holds a Master's degree in Primary Education Sciences from the Università degli Studi di Padova (Italy), graduating cum laude, along with training in the Montessori method for children ages 3–6 from the International Montessori Institute. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, she has years of experience working with young children in multilingual settings. Sweet and endlessly patient, Elena has a gift for reading what each child needs — much like the Pied Piper, the children naturally gather around her and follow her lead. She's organized and thoughtful in how she runs her day, always with a smile, and the children adore her. She's a coordinator for a reason: her calm, steady presence keeps the whole room grounded.
