Definitely. You can switch plans, as long as we have a spot available in the schedule you'd like to move to.

We ask for a 3-month notice period to cancel enrollment, and July and August cannot be cancelled. We know this is stricter than many schools, and we're upfront about it because it reflects something we care about deeply: the stability of our team. Predictable enrollment allows us to offer our educators fair, permanent contracts rather than temporary ones, and a team that stays together, year after year, is what makes the continuity and quality of care we offer possible. When our educators are secure, your children benefit from consistent, experienced caregivers who know them well.

Non-attendance does not change your monthly fee — your child's spot, and the educator time and materials that go with it, are reserved regardless of attendance, so the fee stays the same. If your child will be absent for a full month, we do offer a reduced maintenance fee to hold their spot without paying full tuition. No, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. It covers materials, insurance, and securing your child's spot in our program.

We don't offer trial days. A short trial doesn't reflect how a child truly settles in, every child adapts at their own pace, and that process (our adaptation period) can't be rushed or judged in a single visit. Trials can also disrupt the routine and sense of stability for the children already in the group. Instead, we invite you to visit, and ask any questions you have before enrolling.
